As said, you seem to have an ongoing discussion threat so I will only give a short advice.
That display seems to have a build in KVM switch capability. It seems to have tho HDMI input and supports a mode which I called PBP Mode (picture by picture).
Hence I suggest you to connect both HDMI inputs and use it as extended desktop.
